Rules
- The format for this section has been adapted from the ACM ICPC and IEEE Software Competition
- No electronic media or device may be brought into the contest area
- Teams will be able to have texts and notebooks but no loose leaves
- Teams may not communicate with persons outside of their teams or they risk facing disqualification.
- Each team will have access to one personal computer equipped with C, C++ and Visual Sudio
- Programming style will not be judged
- Teams will be given approximately 4-6 questions to solve in approximately 2-3 hours
- The team that solves the most problems in the shortest time will be declared the winner.
- 20 penalty minutes will be added for each incorrect submission. No penalty minutes will be added for problems not attempted
- Judges decisions are final
