Rules

1. The format for this section has been adapted from the IEEE Student Paper Competition
2. Papers must be submitted by October 24, 2007
3. Papers must be in the prescribed format to be accepted
4. Papers will be prejudged and accepted papers will be orally presented by the team at the Olympics
5. Oral presentation will include question and answer section.
6. The paper will be scored according to the following guideline:

1. Written Presentation (Total : 56 points)
1. Originality - 12 points
2. Analytic Treatment - 16 points
3. Interest - 12 points
4. Mode of Expression - 16 points
2. Oral Presentation (Total: 44 points)
1. Speaking Techniques - 12 points
2. Style - 12 points
3. Introduction and Conclusion - 5 points
4. Technical Presentation - 10 points
5. Discussion - 5 points
